Uponor introduces new fitting genera-tion for it’s Riser system with multi-layer composite pipes

Fewer parts, greater flexibility, easier planning and quicker processing are the key advantages of the new Uponor multi-layer composite pipe (MLCP) system for risers in the dimen-sions 63 to 110 mm.

With this innovation Uponor sets a new benchmark for multi-layer composite pipe systems with regard to quality, reliability and safety. While up to 300 different components are neces-sary for conventional 63 to 110 mm plumbing systems, the new Uponor MLCP Riser system requires not more than 27 items. The combination of polyethylene and aluminium of the multi layer composite pipes certified to German DIN 16833 makes the system robust, oxygen tight and resistant to pres-sure and temperature changes and thus leads to a durable in-stallation.
